PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To progress the improvement of a heating capacity and the further power saving of heating by properly and combinedly using an outside-air heat absorption heating operation and an exhaust-heat absorption heating operation.SOLUTION: A heat management system for a vehicle comprises: a heat medium cooler 14 which performs cooling by making a low-temperature heat medium heat-exchange with a low-pressure side refrigerant of a refrigerator cycle 31; a heat medium outside-air heat exchanger 13 which makes the low-temperature heat medium absorb heat from outside air by making the low-temperature heat medium which is cooled by the heat medium cooler 14 heat-exchange with the outside air; a ventilation heat collection heat exchanger 18 which makes the low-temperature heat medium absorb heat from inside air by making the low-temperature heat medium which is cooled by the heat medium cooler 14 heat-exchange with the inside air; endothermic amount adjusting means 21, 22 and 30 which adjust an endothermic amount of the low-temperature heat medium in the heat medium outside-air heat exchanger 13; and control means 70 which controls operations of the endothermic amount adjusting means 21, 22 and 30 so that the endothermic amount of the low-temperature heat medium in the heat medium outside-air heat exchanger 13 is increased and decreased according to an increase and a decrease of the endothermic amount of the low-temperature heat medium in the ventilation heat collection heat exchanger 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
