Establishing crane tracks on structures capable of resonance - involves laying rails on buffer elements comprising rubber core between two steel plates resting on projecting brackets
摘要
The rails are laid on brackets projecting from reinforced concrete supports. Rubber cored buffers (16) sandwiched between steel plates (15,15') are inserted between the rails and the brackets. There is a vertical hole (20) through the centre of the buffer which houses a stud (25) fixed to the bottom plate (15) which fits in a sleeve (26) fixed to the upper plate (15'). Thus any lateral movement of the buffer is restrained. USE/ADVANTAGE - Elastic mounting for crane tracks considerably reduces sound emission.
