发明名称 PRODUCTION OF PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ACRYLIC ADHESIVE
摘要 PURPOSE: To produce a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive having high shear strength and high peeling strength, desirably used as a base for a structural double-coated pressure-sensitive adhesive tape and being simple in a bonding work by using a thermally decomposable radical polymerization initiator. CONSTITUTION: A polymerizable composition comprising 100 pts.wt. vinyl monomer mixture comprising an alkyl (meth)acrylate and a vinyl monomer having a polar group, 0.5-20 pts.wt. fibrous filler having an average diameter of 0.2-20μm and an average fiber length of 5-1000μm or 1-40 pts.wt. fine particles based on an aluminosilicate compound having an average particle diameter of 1-150μm and a thermally decomposable radical polymerization initiator is fed into a screw extruder and polymerized by heating. A desirable example of the alkyl (meth)acrylate is the one having a 1-12C alkyl. An example of the fibrous filler is a glass fiber. Example of the microparticles include ones prepared made from alumina and a silicate, fly ash and microballoons.
