The process consists in treating liquid manures or the like with a view to reclaiming them by employing hydration, by increasing the evaporation surface, modifying the mass transfer and fluidisation coefficients while creating a "liquid manure/olive stones" system, it being possible for this latter component to be another, similar one. The fluidisation of the "system" takes place in a drum (TR) under the effect of a hot gas originating from (G) 400 DEG /500 DEG C 10/20 m/s at the entry. The gases originating from the combustion and dehydration consist of H2O(g), NH3, CO2, mercaptans and amines. They are scrubbed and condensed with H2SO4 and NaOH solutions in scrubbers (L01, L02). The condensates are neutralised in (T03). They are then transferred into EO3 concentrator to obtain crystallisation of the salts and demineralised water as vapour phase. The invention makes it possible to obtain a solids content composed of: N:2.45 %, P2O5:2.73 %, K2O:3.80 %, on 83.6 % S.C. and pH:7. <IMAGE> ] |
