Tension radiating unit for leaf springs in vehicles

The tension radiating unit comprises the tensioning machine (1), a first roller conveyor (2), a first cross-conveyor (3), a second roller conveyor (4) and a radiating machine (5). There is a third roller conveyor (6), a second cross-conveyor (7), a fourth roller conveyor (8), a relaxing machine (9) and fifth and sixth roller conveyors (10,11). As the tool (12) is moved out of the tensioning machine the next tool is moved in without delay. The frame for the support block is connected directly to the pressure measuring cell which avoids falsifying tensioning and registration of only partial forces. The support blocks are mounted for floating movement and the tension forces before and after ball spraying are used for quality control.
