PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to additionally write a recording data on a disk without forming a link block while securing an interleaving length in a terminal block of a received data just before halting recording and in a starting end of the received data immediately after additional writing. SOLUTION: This disk recording device generates a specific data from a data generating means 23 and secures an interleaving length in a terminal block of a receiving data just before the stop of recording and in a starting end block of the receiving block immediately after releasing the record stop when recording on a disk is stopped with reception end of a receiving data and when an additional writing is performed on a disk due to reception re-start of the receiving data just before the stop of recording. Thus, the device modulates the terminal block of the receiving data into a recording data before the stop of recording and records it on the disk, and also starts additional writing from the recording data modulated from the starting end block of the receiving data, and additionally writes a new recording data on the disk continuously without a link block at the end of the recorded recording data.
