PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure capable of preventing ingress of water, firm in fixing a substrate to a waterproof sheet, and low in execution cost, and its execution method. SOLUTION: The waterproof structure comprises a substrate 2, an elastomer material waterproof sheet 6 installed so as to cover an upper surface of the substrate 2, an elastomer material joining sheet 26 to be locally arranged between the waterproof sheet 6 and the substrate 2, and a fixing plate 22 arranged between the joining sheet 26 and the waterproof sheet 6 to cover a part of the upper surface of the joining sheet 26, and fixed to the substrate 26 to fix the joining sheet 26, and a part not covered by the fixing plate 22 out of the upper surface of the joining sheet 26 is joined with a lower surface of the waterproof sheet 6.
