PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a flexible wiring board to be connected with a liquid crystal panel to have a one-side simple wiring structure. SOLUTION: Input connection terminals 9b is arranged on a right edge part in a left semiconductor chip mounting area 11 of two semiconductor chip mounting areas 11 arranged on an upper surface of a projecting part 2a projecting from an upper glass substrate of an lower glass substrate of the liquid crystal display panel 1, and input connection terminals 9b are arranged on a left edge part in the right semiconductor chip mounting area 11. Namely, both input connection terminals 9b are collected in one place, and are connected with each other via relay wiring 9c. Then, an external connection terminal 9a of the input wiring 9d are arranged only as a set of seven pieces. As a result, as a flexible wiring board 21, the one provided with a set of seven pieces of input wiring 23a, 23b, 23c to be connected with the external connection terminal 9a on the bottom face can be used.
