发明名称 MAGNETO-OPTICAL RECORDING MEDIUM
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magneto-optical recording medium in which high-density recording and reproducing is possible. SOLUTION: The reproducing layer 14 is a GdFeCo film and shows 8 to 100 emu/cc saturation magnetization at room temperature. The intermediate layer 15 is a (GdFeCo)Si film which is a RE-rich in-plane magnetization film having no compensation temperature up to the Curie temperature and showing 140 to 250 emu/cc saturation magnetization at room temperature. The recording layer 16 is a TbFeCo film and shows 50 to 150 emu/cc saturation magnetization at room temperature. The magneto-optical disk 1 obtained by successively forming the magnetic films having the above saturation magnetization has the recording power margin of jitters as enough as±11%.
