PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which is rationally constituted. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger comprises cores 200 obtained by laminating flat-like tubes 210, and a tank 300 having holes 301 in which the ends of the tubes are inserted. The exchanger comprises a plurality of the cores, in each of which the tank is provided. Each tube has a channel forming part 210A in which a medium channel 211 is formed over its longitudinal direction, and a radiating enlarging part 210B formed along the channel forming part. The enlarging part is removed from the end which is inserted into the hole of the tank. The plurality of the cores are juxtaposed in the exchanger so that the enlarging parts of the tubes are opposed to each other. Further, in the juxtaposing direction of the plurality of the cores, the center P2 of the hole is displaced to another core side from the center P1 of the outer diameter of the tank in the tank which corresponds to at least one core of the exchanger.
