PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network-like resin pipe with excellent drain property, pressure-resistance, heat-resistance, application property, etc., usable for a conduit of a draining pavement. SOLUTION: The network-like resin pipe made of hard synthetic resin comprises an inner strand layer formed to a cylindrical shape by helically fusion- extruding a plurality of string-like strands; and an outer strand layer formed by helically depositing and winding a plurality of string-like strands on the inner strand layer so as to cross the inner strand. It is characterized that the number of the inner strands are much more than that of the outer strands.
