PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an earth terminal fitting to be kept in a good contact with a corresponding member even if bolts fixing the earth terminal fitting drop or become loose. SOLUTION: The earth terminal fitting comprises a base 12 where a bolt-hole 12a is formed and a rotation-preventing protrusion 14 which is protruded from one end of the base 12 and can be passed through a locking hole Ba formed on an attachment face of a car body, and comprises an engaging protrusion 12b which is inserted into the engaging hole Bb formed on the attachment face and comprises an engaging pawl 12c that can be caught by an opening edge of the engaging hole Bb on a back face side, at a position opposite to the rotation-preventing protrusion 14 around the bolt-hole 12a.
