PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trim cover mounting hook member and a vehicule seat capable of preventing the rise of cost by improving an appearance of a vehicule seat corner part when covered with a trim cover. SOLUTION: The hook member 5 comprises a mounting face part 51 for mounting the end part 4a of the trim cover 4, a hook face part 52 arranged substantially opposite to the mounting face part and having a hook 52a at the top end, which is locked to a locking part, and a bottom part 52 connecting the lower end of the mounting face part to the lower end of the hook face part. In the portion located in the corner part 2a of the vehicule seat, a cutout part 54 and a punch-out part 55 are formed by partially cutting out the upper end of the hook face part and by partially punching out the mounting face part.
