<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding for snowboards for fastening the upper part of the toe and the tip of the toe at the same time and surely fixing the boots to the binding without play toward the tiptoe. <P>SOLUTION: This binding for a snowboard is formed of a base plate, one band, one end of which is fitted to one side of the base plate, the other band, one end of which is fitted to the other side of the base plate, and a buckle connecting between the respective other ends of both bands. Either one of the bands has a part fastening the tiptoe of one boot and a part fastening the upper part of the tiptoe of the boot. The parts fastening the tiptoe and the upper part thereof of the boot are pads. The buckle is provided on the pad. The pad has cushioning property or elasticity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
