<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber stopper for pharmaceuticals wherein the flow of a vulcanized rubber is not hindered in secondary molding, and quality and dimensional precision are uniform. <P>SOLUTION: A primary molded article is put in a leg part second mold 30 having a second recess 31 of which the shape is fitted to the shape of a leg part and the outside depth L of the second recess 31 is equal to or below the outside depth L of a first recess 21 formed to a leg part first mold 20, and an unvulcanized compounded rubber plate is laid on the upper surface of the primary molded article. It is vulcanized in a second top panel mold 32 having a recess 33 of which the shape is fitted to that of a top panel part, and the footing of the leg part of the primary molded article and the top panel part are integrated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
