HERMETICALLY CLOSED KNEADER HAVING GOOD CONTROL FUNCTION OF KNEADED MATERIAL TEMPERATURE

PURPOSE: A hermetically closed kneader is provided to control a temperature inside a kneading chamber rising during kneading and to enhance a fluidity of a material to be kneaded in the kneading chamber. CONSTITUTION: The hermetically closed kneader comprises a cylindrical hermetical kneading chamber(8) of two cylinders of which sections are communicated with each other; and two rotors(4) for kneading the material by rotating the material received in the chamber, wherein at least one side of an inner wall of the chamber and a surface of the rotor is provided with a plurality of concave or convex parts(9). The concave parts are grooves extended and installed in a direction crossing a rotating direction of the rotor.
