摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station device in which a frequency in a good transmission situation can be used while interference is reduced to other cells by hopping, high speed transmission is realized, and control information quantity for allocating the resources can be reduced; and to provide a communication method. <P>SOLUTION: A scheduler 102 performs scheduling for deciding to which user data are to be transmitted by using CQI from respective communication terminal equipment, selects a user signal transmitted in a next frame, and decides by which subcarrier block the signal is transmitted. An MCS judging part 103 selects a modulation system and an encoding method from CQI of the selected user signal. A subcarrier block selector 110 selects the subcarrier block indicated by the scheduler 102 for the respective user signals. FH system selectors 111-1 to 111-n select hopping patterns for the respective subcarrier blocks. A subcarrier mapping part 112 maps the user signal and control data in a subcarrier in accordance with the selected hopping pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
