PURPOSE: To provide a casing mounting structure of water dispenser, the structure enables an upper casing to be easily attached to a lower base or enables the upper casing to be easily detached from the lower base while blocking deterioration of flatness of the lower base and suppressing unbalance of product. CONSTITUTION: In a water dispenser comprising a lower base(10), and an upper casing(30) removably connected to the lower base, the casing mounting structure of the water dispenser is characterized in that an elastic protrusion part is formed at least any one side of the lower base and the upper casing in such a way that the elastic protrusion part is elastically protruded and protrusion released toward the other side thereof, and a depression part(10a) is formed at the other side of the lower base and the upper casing in such a way that the elastic protrusion part is contained in the depression part, wherein the elastic protrusion part is formed on a lower portion of the upper casing, and the depression part is formed on an upper portion of the lower base, wherein an elastic operation part(40) for operating the protrusion and protrusion release states of the elastic protrusion part is integrally installed in the upper casing, and wherein the elastic operation part comprises a body part(41) in which a certain containing space is formed; a plate spring(42) formed on the lower surface of the body part; a ball(43) disposed on the upper surface of the plate spring inside the body part; and a coil spring(44) of which both ends are contacted with the ball and the upper surface in the body part such that the ball is elastically operated in a plate spring pressing direction.
