<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method and a program for adjusting frequency of improving controllability for adjusting the frequency of an electric power system by reducing influence of a data transmission required time. <P>SOLUTION: A system constant where changes are slow and a contribution constant on the basis of the system constant are regularly grasped in a main control point such as a central feeding instruction place and distributed to each generator. Frequency deviations which change at each moment, but as the same value at all points of the electric power system are measured in each power plant. Adjustment amount is calculated in each power plant. Therefore, the influence is alleviated in the data transmission required time, compared with that when the adjustment amount are constantly transmitted to each generator, thus improving the controllability for adjusting the frequency of the electric power system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
