<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check roasting condition of a cooking object with a natural posture. <P>SOLUTION: A heating cooking section 12 building in a cooking chamber for roasting a heating object 7 such as a fish is constructed separately from an external frame case 1, and the heating cooking section 12 and the external frame case 1 are connected, and a sliding section 19 for holding the heating cooking section 12 capable of sliding in nearly back and forth horizontal direction is provided. Furthermore, an aperture section 16 for loading in and out the cooking object 7 is arranged at the upper face of the heating and cooking section 12, and a heating door 18 having a glass window 17 is provided above the aperture section 16. With this structure, the roasting condition of the cooking object 7 is observed through the glass window 17 and the cooking object 7 is taken out by opening and closing the heating door 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
