<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and equipment for fermenting organic waste, in each of which organic waste containing animal matter and vegetable matter is pulverized and fermented wetly into useful shapes so that the fermented organic waste can be reused. <P>SOLUTION: The method and the equipment for fermenting organic waste comprise a step of crushing raw organic matter being animal matter waste or vegetable matter waste by using a crusher, a pulverizing step of pulverizing the organic matter crushed with the crusher by making the slurry containing the crushed organic matter flow circularly and a step of fermenting the slurry containing the organic matter pulverized at the pulverizing step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
