<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic monomer having curability and printability (a range of water volume supplied in printing) similar or superior to those of ditrimethylolpropane tetraacrylate, etc., and capable of being given at a low cost, and to provide an active energy radiation curing composition given by using the monomer and capable of being cured by being irradiated with ultraviolet radiation, electron radiation, etc. <P>SOLUTION: This fatty acid-modified acrylic monomer (C) is obtained by subjecting a polymer mixture (A) in an amount of (a1+a2) mol and a polyol (B) in an amount of b mol to esterification reaction, wherein the polymer mixture (A) is given by together reacting a fatty acid (C<SB>m</SB>H<SB>2m±1</SB>-COOH) and acrylic acid (CH<SB>2</SB>=CH-COOH) and satisfies specific formulae 1 and 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
