PURPOSE:To cover usage of various I/O devices, by providing a function to fetch the I/O control instructions from the center in the object system and a function to control and execute data transfer indicated by these instructions. CONSTITUTION:Object system 1 of remote maintenance and maintenance system 2 of the center are connected by communication line 12. Console I/O device 10 of system 1 is connected to I/O bus 8 through console I/O control device 9. Two functions of fetching of control and display information of I/O 7 of basic operation processing device 3 and the remote maintenance control are added to device 10 through service processor SVP5. In respect to various information generated asynchronously from SVP5 and I/O control device 6, it is decided whether data should be transferred to center 2 or not by the latter function, and data is sent to CPU14 of the center through acoustic coupler 11 on a basis of a prescribed transfer format. Center 2 is provided with simulation I/O 7 and performs a processing corresponding to sent data, thereby coping with the usage of vairous I/Os. |
