PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device, a printing system, and a program, capable of efficiently requesting another person to collect printed matter.

SOLUTION: The printing device includes: a print data accepting means for accepting client identification information for identifying a client requesting the printing and print data; a position information acquisition means for acquiring identification information from a plurality of terminal devices and current position information of the terminal devices; a notification object selecting means for selecting an object to be notified of the request from the plurality of terminal devices on the basis of the current position information and installation position information of the own device; a request notification means for notifying the selected terminal device of client name information based on the client identification information and a printing request; an identification information input means for inputting the user identification information of the user; and a printing means for performing the printing on the basis of the print data in accordance with a user operation when the user name identified from the user identification information matches the user name identified from the identification information of the terminal device notified of the request.
