PURPOSE:To prevent the separation of fibers caused by the suction flow in the zone liable to cause the fiber separation of a single fiber yarn, by placing a nozzle to eject compressed air to the yarn between the front bottom roller and the doubling point. CONSTITUTION:The ejection nozzles 9, 9 are placed so as to direct the air flow ejected from the nozzle toward the yarn between the doubling point P and the front bottom roller 1. The zone S1 is under the influence of the suction flow caused by the pneumatic nozzle 8, while the sucking and the ejecting air flows are balanced on average in the zone S2. Accordingly, the separation of the yarn by the pneumatic nozzle is prevented in the zone S2 where the separation of fiber is liable to occur in the running fiber. |
