PURPOSE:To prevent the decrease in bonding strength with a sealing resin due to thermal stress or dissolution or decomposition of a glass plate itself, by providing a protecting film on the surface of the glass plate constituting a light transmitting window. CONSTITUTION:In order to prevent deterioration of a glass plate 6, a protecting film 9 comprising magnesium fluoride is evaporated. Namely, the glass plate 6 is contacted with external air and a sealing resin 8 through the protecting film 9. Thus the direct contact of moisture and the glass plate 6 is avoided, and occurrence of faults due to disolution and decomposition of the glass plate 6 is prevented. |
