The helmet with visor which can be incorporated into the helmet shell comprises, on each side of the helmet 1, two distinct, complementary ramps 4, 5 which are located at two different levels, the upper ramp 4 having substantially the shape of a V with the point facing forwards, whilst the lower ramp 5 is substantially rectilinear, in which ramps studs 8, 9 are guided and slide, procuring two simultaneous movements of the visor 3. <IMAGE>
