摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a stable rectification output by outputting a voltage signal by a sensor according to detection distance. CONSTITUTION:The 1st rectification part 23 is equipped with the 1st full-wave rectifying means 7 for the output of a comparator 5 and the 1st gate driving means 9 which outputs a rectangular wave opposite in phase to a carrier input and turns on and off the gate of the forward and backward switching means of the means 7, and the 2nd rectification part 25 is equipped with the 2nd full- wave rectifying means 27 connected to the comparator 5 and the 2nd gate driving means 37 which is connected to the carrier input through a phase shifting means and parallel to the means 9. Then, an adding means 45 adds the rectification outputs of those rectification parts 23 and 25. The rectification part 23 rectifies the output of an eddy current sensor 1 synchronously and the rectification part 25 shifts the phase of the carrier input slightly and performs the full-wave rectification of the output of the sensor 1; and the rectification output is added to the rectification output of the rectification part 23.
