The invention relates to a drinking vessel for potable spirits, in particular liqueurs. The filled drinking vessel which is made of metal or plastic and has a small volume, e.g. 4 cl, is closed by means of a lid or a cover. The lid or cover is joined to the drinking vessel via a line or place of weakness. The lid or cover has a tear-open part or piece capable of being actuated from outside.
