The liq. is decanted and opt. - clarified or filtered. 4) opt. 1-3% propane-diol and 0.2-0.8% propolio extract is added and the prepn. is opt. - concentrated. 5) sugar fruit juice, fruit pulp, opt. - flavouring and/or other customary additives are added to the prepn. and the vitamin rich foodstuff is produced pref. as jellies, syrup or syrup concentrate.
