PURPOSE:To apply constant pressurizing force all the time on a welded surface and provide a high frequency welding device of a cylindrical container provided with constant welding strength even if variations of dimensions of a cover material recessed section are great by disposing a high frequency heating coil on the outer periphery of a welded section of cylindrical container and positioning a pressurizing jig for forming an outer periphery moving in the outer peripheral direction in a recessed inner section of a cover material at the time of welding on a vertical surface and divided into several pieces. CONSTITUTION:A projected operation opening 5 is provided in the center of an insulating material jig 4, and a high frequency heating coil 6 is provided at a lower end section. Also, the whole of a pressurizing jig 7 for welding is recessed, and the outer periphery is formed on a vertical surface and can be inserted into the operation opening 5, and also can be divided into several divisions by means of vertical device surfaces 8, 8', 8''. A cylindrical container 1 on which a cover material 2 is inserted into the insulating material jig 4 and pressurizing is carried out by lowering a piston rod 14 and bringing the outer periphery of the pressurizing jig 7 into contact with the inner periphery of the cover section 2. When high frequency electric current is applied to the heating coil 6 in said state, aluminum foil sections of the cylindrical container 1 and the cover material 2 are heated by means of high frequency induction heating, and thermoplastic resin applied to the aluminum foil is melted. The molten resin is mixed by the pressure of the piston rod 14 to the cylindrical container 1 and the cover material 2. |
