The plastic mass consists of 20 to 40 parts by weight of a polyolefin and of 80 to 60 parts by weight of a particulate inorganic filler in which 1 to 5 parts by weight have a mean particle size of between 0.01 and 0.1 micron and the remainder a mean particle size of between 1 and 10 microns. This mass permits the production of single-layer or multilayer articles such as sheets and tubes which exhibit an improved rigidity and good impact strength.
