The device consists of two half-shells (20, 22) receiving the water bottles (18) and capable of being joined together to form a fairing (16) and which, more particularly, surround the down tube (diagonal tube) (12) and/or the seat tube (14) of the bicycle frame (10) on both sides. This device makes it possible to prevent any deterioration in the drag coefficient of the bicycle and undesirable cooling of the contents of the bottles. <IMAGE>
