The pixel circuit comprises a photoelectric conversion unit (101), an amplification unit (102), a reset unit (103), a compensation unit (104), a charging unit (105) and a reading unit (106). The compensation unit (104) can compensate a threshold voltage of the amplification unit (102) so as to avoid the instability of an output voltage signal caused by the drift of the threshold voltage, and thus can significantly improve the image quality.
