SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of coagulation temperature in sample of parental components, homogenization of beta-carotene in preliminary heated nonionogenic surface-active substance in the presence of antioxidizing agent. The end of dissolving process is determined by homogeneity solution attainment. Then obtained solution is added gradually to water and temperature of reaction medium is maintained by 5-10 C below of coagulation point, at final dilution value 1: (2.5-50).
