A method for manufacturing a degradable sponge product. After the processes of soaking, squeezing, yellowing, sticking, mixing, foaming moulding and water washing, a degradable sponge product of wood cellulose is prepared, wherein: a) in the soaking process, two raw materials of sodium hydroxide and a mixed pulp are mixed together in a dip vat; b) in the squeezing process, the soaked size is compressed to obtain an alkaline cellulose block; c) in the yellowing process, carbon disulfide gas is introduced into the alkaline cellulose block for a yellowing reaction to obtain xanthate; d) in the sticking process, the xanthate together with additional bamboo pulp, wood pulp and water is added into a kneading machine and mixed to prepare an adhesive material; e) in the mixing process, the adhesive material is mixed with a sodium sulfate crystal and a toner ribbon to prepare a heating-foamable sponge mixture; and f) in the foaming moulding process, the sponge mixture is electrically heated and coagulated to manufacture a sponge block. |
