A filament(2) spun from a 1st spinning nozzle falls directly on a conveyor belt(4) and moves with projections and depressions formed thereon. The filament(2) spun from a 2nd spinning nozzle(1') falls on an adhesive roller(3) and adhered each other at the diagonal position, overlapped with the product made from the filament spun from the 1st spinning nozzle(2), adhered with the portion formed on a pump(5) out of the 1st spinning nozzle(1), forming a mat with a thick thickness and bending strength.
