FIELD: transportation of any cargoes in underwater position. SUBSTANCE: device includes tanker immersed under water and connected with towing boat and floating members by means of rods. Interconnected floating members are also connected with tanker and towing boat. On side of bottom, tanker is equipped negative buoyancy members which are connected with it by means of ropes whose length is adjustable.
