An adhesive (I) comprises bitumen, styrene-butadiene-styrene rubber, adhesive resin and filler. (I) contains 15-25% brominated polystyrene or 5-15% red phosphorous as a flame retardant, stabilized and micronized in the form of a 65% concentrate in a partially saponified ester wax. An Independent claim is included for a cold self adhesive roofing panel having a layer of adhesive (I) coated with a removable protective film.
