PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a seal packaged food without requiring a microbe-controlled space such as a clean room heretofore required and not generating the danger of microbe pollution. SOLUTION: In a seal packaged food manufacturing method, a food as a content is filled in a seal packaged food packing material (filling process), vapor sterilized (vapor sterilizing process) and sealed (sealing process), and at least both of the vapor sterilizing process and the sealing process are carried out successively in a pressure vessel 2 of one same vapor sterilizing machine without opening the pressure vessel to atmosphere. The vapor sterilizing machine is provided with the pressure vessel 2 in which a sealing device for a packing material filled with the food as the content and a food filling device filling the food in the packing material to be provided at a request.
