PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring-shaped packing capable of preventing sealing performance in a folded corner section from deteriorating. SOLUTION: In a ring-shaped packing 20 which is slidably inserted into an annular recessed groove 58 formed in a ring shape on a circumferential surface of an opening part 52 of an airtight chamber closed by a door so as to surround the opening part 53, and formed out of an elastic material with the upper end face contacting with or separating from an inner surface 54a of the door by pressurizing or decompressing a space between the bottom surface and the lower end surface of the annular recessed groove 58, when the ring-shaped packing 20 is inserted into the annular recessed part 58, a side surface 30 with an inclined-face inclining in a direction of the lower end surface broader than a width of the upper end surface W1 of the ring-shaped packing 20, a protruding corner part 28a formed by each side surface 30 and the lower end surface, a protruding part 32 formed between the 28a and each side surface 30, are formed so as to contact slidably with an inner wall side surface of the annular recessed groove 58, and each of protruding part 32 is extended in a longitudinal direction of the ring-shaped packing part 20, then formed in the protruding strip part 34.
