PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a circuit scale by sharing an error correcting circuit between a main signal and a TMCC signal. SOLUTION: A signal separating circuit 11 normally transmits the main signal and, then, transmits the TMCC signal when a completion flag is transmitted from an error detecting and correcting part 4. During the period of the main signal transmission, the main signal is inputted to an arithmetic part 2 via a selecting circuit 3 and an error is corrected. The main signal where the error is corrected is inputted to a first data output circuit 9 via a changeover circuit 8. During the period of the TMCC signal transmission, the TMCC signal is inputted to the arithmetic part 2 via the selecting circuit 3 and the error is corrected. The TMCC signal where the error is corrected is inputted to a second data output circuit 10 via the changeover circuit 8.
