PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device which can be easily transported and handled during installation work as well as its installation method. SOLUTION: In a shutter apparatus 10, of which at least one part of a shutter curtain is constituted with flexible members 21 to 24, the rigid members among the components of the apparatus which has the direction of the curtain width perpendicular to the moving direction of the shutter curtain 20 as the longitudinal direction such as a winding shaft 30, a seat plate 60, a middle rail 80, a case 100 and a lintel 70 are all formed by assembling the divided members into one united body.
