PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall construction structure capable of securing air ventilation and attaining good workability. SOLUTION: This outer wall construction structure 1 has an outer wall plate 4 fixed to a structure skeleton 2 of a building through a bed material 3, and a ventilating spacer 5 interposed between the bed material 3 and the outer wall plate 4 to form a ventilating layer 11 between them. The ventilating spacer 5 has an air hole 51 communicated in the vertical direction.
