PURPOSE:To obtain a drug, consisting of a chitin or chitosan compound in the form of an organic acid additive, enzymic hydrolyzate, N-acylated derivative, alkylated derivative, etc., and useful as a drug good for the stomach and bowels, healthy food, hair tonic, freshness retaining agent, etc. CONSTITUTION:A drug consisting of a high-viscosity liquid obtained by adding water to antimicrobial UME (plum) flesh extract, fruit extract, ascorbic acid of vitamin C, citric acid, tartaric acid, etc., mixing and dissolving chitin or chitosan powder, a dispersion prepared by mixing and dissolving sodium alignate and green lavers therein, a solution of dispersion obtained by adding and dispersing an alcohol and glycerol therein, a pasty liquid obtained by mixing and masticating the dispersion, adding, as necessary, sorbic acid, licorice, etc., thereto, and a pasty liquid containing a small amount of a radioactive inorganic salt and metallic salt and further beer fermentation refuse, defatted soybean flour, etc., and masticating the resultant mixture, a liquid prepared by hydrolyzing with an enzyme, such as chitosanase or lysozyme, or adding an N-acylated, alkylated or etherified liquid thereto or prepared and tableted or prepared chitin or chitosan compound. |
