PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve sharp cost down by the reduction of parts cost and the drop of manhours in manufacturing and to dissolve the decrease of effective area where parts can be mounted and the drop of degree of freedom. SOLUTION: When constituting a device 1 for regulating warping of a parts mounting board, which regulates the warping of the board 31 by providing to the parts mounting board 30, this device is equipped integrally with a main body frame 2 which holds the parts mounting board 30, and a regulating frame 3 which partially regulates the warping of the board part 31, abutting on the rear 31r of the board part 31 in the section where a specified part 32s is mounted by ranching from the main body frame 2.
