PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To earlier carry out the replacement of maintenance components by checking the periodical operation confirmation of a module from a module side. SOLUTION: The state reporting device is provided with a chargeable battery making possible the operation of the state reporting device even when power is not supplied, an information storage part for holding a state inside the module, a radio communication control part communicating with the outside and a module control part for transferring information between the information storage part and the radio communication control part. The module control part takes out the information indicating the state inside the module from the information storage part and instructs the radio communication control part to report the information to the outside. A request item from the outside is delivered from the radio communication control part to the module control part and the module control part takes out the information pertinent to the request item from the information storage part and gives an instruction to report it through the radio communication control part to the outside.
