PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with respect to pulse power supply units that stable voltage cannot be obtained only by voltage compensation through a single bouncer circuit which causes LC resonance. SOLUTION: A pulse power supply unit has a plurality of bouncer circuits which are different in LC resonance time constant and connected in series. The timing with which a pulse current is passed and the timing with which resonance is caused are controlled according to the time constant of each of the bouncer circuits by an external signal. Thus, a pulse power supply unit with stable voltage is obtained.
