PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute the automatic generation of a logic circuit at the time of designing a logic circuit such as the PAD of an LSI and the peripheral circuit. SOLUTION: Information necessary for generating the PAD of an LSI and the peripheral circuit is written in an information pallet in a chart system specified by a prescribed rule (301), and it is confirmed that there is not any error in the contents (302), and a circuit described in Hardware Description Language(HDL) expressing the PAD of an LSI and the peripheral selector circuit is automatically generated based on the information (303, 304).
