PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a heat insulation substrate structure by a simple mechanism, even if an incombustible material such as rock wool is used. SOLUTION: A heat insulation substrate layer C is formed on a substrate B. An upper layer heat insulation substrate body A is mounted on the heat insulation substrate layer C. In the upper layer heat insulation substrate body A, heat insulation substrate materials 1 are fixed at prescribed intervals on a surface material 2. A groove part A1 is formed between a heat insulation substrate material 1 and an adjoining heat insulation substrate material 1. The groove part A1 has a width wider than that of at least a supporting material 4 combined with the groove part A1. The surface material 2 is placed on a lower side, the groove part A1 is mounted to be directed in an eaves-ridge direction, and the supporting material 4 is fixed to the substrate B by putting the supporting material 4 into the groove part A1.
